At 6a;25pm on 6/7/2010 I had an experience of Earl from Los Angeles, California. I met him when I was 17 years old. He is considered a Gang Member. The world became very discouraging when someone who is considered a Gang Member can tell your younger brother a better message than an upstanding member of the community.
