Leadership and Religion Part 3

Holt, Armenakis, Feild, & Harris (2007), discuss the readiness for multidimensional organizational change. The Church may say “What Change?” How we interact with people, “The World”. We are in the world and “not of the world”, the way we interact with youth guides the future leadership of the world. They youth now are more mature, have more knowledge due to the Internet and other media access, and want people to explain issues and concepts that most do  not want to talk about.

An example is when “sex education” entered the school system. Parents did not want to discuss this so local government put it in the schools. These youth will one day become adults. I would like them to become “responsible adults”.
