What is a Cathedral and Why We Have Them?

Posted in Black Leadership in America by tmscconsultingservices on May 21, 2008

The word Cathedral comes from the Latin word cathedra meaning “chair”. For the Church, the Bishop’s official Chair is located in what we called a Cathedral.

The word Bishop comes from the Greek episkopos meaning “over” “seeing”. Translated:

  • bishop,
  • overseer,
  • superintendent,
  • supervisor,
  • the first,
  • leader, or
  • foreman.

My Untold Psychic Experience

Posted in Psychic Phonemena by tmscconsultingservices on May 20, 2008

I pray a lot. I learned to pray when I was a child. I attended Private Religious Schools until the 7th grade. When I pray I have many visions and experiences.

Once when I was at the Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Downtown Los Angeles, California I have an experience of someone named Andrew, most people called him “Scandrew”. He died a little after I graduated from High School. After my experience of him praying, I opened a Catholic Prayer Book I have that is Copyrighted 1925, I opened it to the page “Litany For The Dead”.

Thank You Andrew for your prayers.

Cultural Acceptence

Posted in Black Leadership in America, Sayings/Quotes by tmscconsultingservices on May 19, 2008

Niles (1996) discusses intra cultural differences meaning “within culture” and inter cultural differences meaning “different cultures” within the Jewish culture.  As Black African-Americans we are intra-multicultural. We have different religions, roots, upbringing, socioeconomic backgrounds, and shades of skin color.  When interacting with each other, remember:

“Just because you love and accept someone just the way they are, does not mean that everyone does!”

Black Spirits & The Civil War

Posted in Black Leadership in America, Psychic Phonemena by tmscconsultingservices on May 4, 2008

I once had a psychic experience about civil war spirits. The country is now at war and the soldiers that have died watch and help the living soldiers during war time.

I pray, petition-God, Christ, and the Saints, request, and seek Angels to help guard, shield, protect, and defend. When I experienced Black Civil War Spirits were looking at the battle field, I started praying and Angels went to go help the soldiers, one of the spirits had never seen Angels helping the Black Soldiers before.

During slavery, Blacks were not allowed to read, so we did not have as many Angels as other races. The spirits were use to going to help alone. Now Black Civil War Spirits know they are  not alone.
